Hier steht, wie du dein Konto bei myCircuits löschst und was dabei mit deinen Daten passiert. Anbieter der App ist Bastian Brüggemann.

In der App

Öffne die Einstellungen (Zahnrad oben rechts auf der Karte). Tippe im Abschnitt „Konto“ auf „Konto löschen“ und bestätige. Das Konto ist danach sofort gelöscht.

Ohne die App

Schreib eine E-Mail an info@mycircuits.org, und zwar von der Adresse, mit der du angemeldet bist. Als Betreff reicht „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb eines Monats und bestätigen dir das per E-Mail.

Was gelöscht wird

Deine E-Mail-Adresse, deine besuchten Strecken, deine Wunschliste, dein Profil mit Name, Profilbild und Heimatland, wem du folgst und wer dir folgt, wen du blockiert hast und Meldungen über dein Profil. Es gibt keine Aufbewahrungsfrist.

Was bleibt

Hast du selbst ein anderes Profil gemeldet, bleibt die Meldung ohne Bezug zu dir stehen und wird sechs Monate nach der Bearbeitung gelöscht. Was auf deinem Gerät gespeichert ist, bleibt dort, bis du die App löschst.

Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your myCircuits account and what happens to your data. The app is published by Bastian Brüggemann.

In the app

Open the Settings (gear icon at the top right of the map). In the Account section tap “Delete account” and confirm. The account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Send an email to info@mycircuits.org from the address you signed in with. The subject “Delete account” is enough. We delete the account within one month and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your email address, your visited circuits, your wishlist, your profile with name, photo and home country, who you follow and who follows you, the profiles you blocked and reports about your profile. Nothing is kept for a retention period.

What is kept

If you reported another profile, the report stays without any link to you and is deleted six months after it was handled. Data stored on your device stays there until you uninstall the app.
